Galluvinchia Wiki¶
"The tales of heroes, the fables of the gods, the machinery of faith, the gems of virtue. These secret elements create the land of Galluvinchia."
Welcome to the official compendium of Fables of Galluvinchia, a tabletop roleplaying game set in a world where divinity is not a distant ideal, the gods walk the same dust as mortals, bleed the same blood, and hunger for the same things.
This wiki is a living document. Pages grow as legends are made.
The World at a Glance¶
Galluvinchia (pronounced: gah-YU-vin-chee-ah) is a land born from myth and shaped by war. Inspired by the epic tales of ancient Rome and Greece, it is a place where mortals rise to become mighty heroes and sometimes even challenge their divine patrons.
It is the 24th of the Fifth month of 1802. Life is tranquil in the farmland, and the Pax Aremedia keeps things easy even in the cities. Peace endures… for now.
Whispers of unrest grow louder. Secrets buried in the sands of time are beginning to unravel.
History in Brief¶
Age of the Giants¶
Before the sun rose over Galluvinchia, the seas were fierce and full of dangers. From the ground, huge giants emerged and, with their overwhelming might, shaped the boundaries of this land, carving coasts and cliffs away from the deep oceans. Salgu, the King of the Beasts, built the city of An'Ramoda as a sanctuary for humans, centaurs, and minotaurs alike.
Age of the Primordials¶
The peace brought growth and new allies. But other ancient beings, primordial creatures, tormented the people. Even the giants fell to insanity. These primordial beings, crippled by madness, called forth a colossal marble asteroid that tore through the sky and ripped into Galluvinchia. From the impact's center, a new island emerged: the Lady of Marmaros.
Age of the Gods¶
From the dark ages of the primordials, the most powerful heroes Galluvinchia had ever seen emerged from its academies. Armed with weapons forged in the depths of Carbohyrr, they slew the primordials, and in victory, inherited their powers. These champions became the current gods of Galluvinchia.
Today¶
A period of relative peace endures. The gods protect their domains, the armies patrol the roads, and commerce flourishes, but old threats stir at the edges of the known world.
